it also doesn't seem to include all members of a faction, only a few. I'm uncertain of the number.

This mastery power was supposed to be able to be stacked from what was discussed elsewhere, I hope that didn't change? I tested it two days in a row, both by using true leader on multiple factions with overlapping members (Q2 and Quartermaines) and by using inspires as well as true leader. First night I did the inspires first and the second night I did the reverse.

okay so it DOES stack if the inspire is done first, my bad. (at least it did on Alex)

But it doesn't stack the other way around. (nor can you stack using multiple factions but I don't think it was supposed to do that)

And it still seems to be skipping some faction members.

so I can def. confirm that it is NOT stacking for anyone except Alex and that only stacks if she is inspired before she casts true leader.

And also that it does not work on every single member of the faction. I have all my gals in NADUMA, for example, and only one of them got the boost.

I wonder how many it does work on? It shouldn't have a cut off, right?

I believe both issues should be fixed now. I'll disable this on NADUMA when we've tested some more, though.

not fixed :( "This person has already been inspired."

it still stacks if inspire is done first but not if it's done after. Same with t. shield. both dex boosts are given if t shield is done before true leader but not if done after true leader.


but the other part of the bug seems to be working? I've not been getting a ton of feedback from peeps on the thread I made asking so I can only go my own alts all getting it.

When True Leader is cast on human characters, we can't activate any of our buffing powers like Kensai and Rock Skin.

When we activate Kensai or Rock Skin before True Leader is cast, however, it blocks the benefits of True Leader.

I'm told this links back to previous bug with the power.

Everything else is working as intended, so I think it may be something to do with the fact they’re human characters/powers. Maybe they weren’t considered in the fix from the last bug?
