If you're looking for your Friends Feed, click on "Account". Took me a few to figure that one out. I feel like it should show up as soon as you log in, if I find the option for that...

If that's what we're going for, I can turn on the "Enable Matchmaking" option 
It IS weird that it defaults everything to public. Though, I have "private" and "friends only" options enabled, I don't know where those get used.
