Hi all,

Just to let you know what's going on with me right now. As you know, Josh is unavailable for a few months. You might also be aware that I'm just starting a new job, so I won't be able to work on Path hardly at all for around 6 months, if not more. I do mean hardly at all.

I'll maybe have time to fix the absolute most critical game breaking bugs, and that's about it. I won't be able to sort out lairs, drama, most bugs, new content, or updates. I just won't have the time / energy, as I'll be working full time plus freelancing art on the weekends.

All forum related matters will be dealt with by Every, who is forum admin now. She'll have the authority to moderate the mods, including adding new ones or removing mods who don't work out. She'll be the one to deal with drama if it escalates too far. Please do not contact me regarding these things.

There are two new storytellers to help you with canon questions, and to add RP stories when they like.

As for the coding, there might be somebody else available to help with that soon, but I'll keep you posted as soon as I know for certain what's going on with that. So don't worry, it's very likely that development on the game will continue (hell, it might even be developed faster soon!). Josh is also likely to return at some point if he's able.

Please be aware that server fees are still a thing, so any karma subscriptions or purchases you make will be very much needed, and you have my thanks.

Lastly a personal note: thank you for 10 years of Path! Thank you for supporting a project that I enjoyed working on 90% of the time, and thank you for helping me make that into my living for about 7 of those years. Thank you for building the mythos and community and the game with me. I'm sorry that it's come to this, but it simply wasn't sustainable as a full / part time business, and I had to grow up sooner or later and start working for 'the man' :P

This isn't goodbye, this is just 'seeya'. Hopefully not in the shadow realm!
