Marked For Death not showing to use [paladin mastery] [F]

I purchased Marked For Death mastery and it’s no where in my powers. I even tried to hit a vampire to see if that did something - and no. I checked her power page and her more commands.

Poor thing just dropped 2 mil on something she can’t use.

Nope, and I’ve done just about everything I can think of to try and trigger it. The only place it’s listed is on the CS. It’s not in any power menu or tracking.

It's safe to assume you tried quick casting as well as the regular powers page, yes? It likely wouldn't make any difference but one never knows, code is weird >.<

Mark for Death
Allows you to easily track down any vampire PC you have wounded. Also gives you the location of the next nearest vampire NPC when you kill one.
(List of trackable vamps is not retroactive, so you'll have to find and hit them when you get this power.)

What happens when you kill an NPC vampire? Have you tried that yet?

Yeah, I’ve tried that, too. I’ve killed NPCs on her as well as tested smacking an actual vampire. Nothing.

Tested this with BugMod and BugMod (d)

Can confirm 100% that Marked for Death is NOT showing up on the powers page under the grid powers or in any other section. (it does show on the power tree as having been purchased)

Had BugMod attack BugMod (d) and wound them several times and then track them, but nothing seemed to trigger the mastery power into working at all.

also murdered multiple npc vampires to test the second part of the power and it's also not working at all.
