Sandman human
Use the daylight hours to your advantage, and attack a vampire in their sleep without any chance of missing (only works if they haven`t moved since sunrise).

Used this with my Thrall Marty, and it missed. Attacked Rogue Vampire.

I'm not sure what powers Rogue Vampire has, but if I remember right Daywalker negates the auto-hit part of Sandman.

That is correct.

Walk in the sun without being seriously wounded (drains 1 blood). It also protects you from any danger of being hit by a human using the Sandman power. The human still has the regular chance of hitting you, but it isn't certain like it is against other vampires using that power. Improves business rep/pop increases and decreases energy cost of running a business.

That happened only when using Quick Casting. Cliff, did you use quick casting?

tier one and their two thralls both used, and both missed multiple times using quick casting and the powers page both.
