So... Used Somnambulism 2 in a square with a confirmed Semi-Deus and the power was successful.

Myk gained a blood point and had the usual alert.

You successfully feed on the human, and steal $30 from them.
You seal their wound, and leave the human dazed and confused.

However, the victim didn't lose a blood point or receive an alert.

I believe this is a bug. <3
