that's the exit.
But going through the door takes you to 10,10 world instead of outside the deserted bar. (Quarantine Zone)

Having an exit problem as well. The doorway in works, but getting the "That way is blocked." deal upon trying to exit.

These are both fixed. Not sure what happened, but for some reason, the databse entries for the relevant squares changed.

Was another floor added to any of these? I feel like this could be to do with the custom lair / floor update.

I didn't find any stairs in the deserted bar but I did find a fake wall (12,10) and a fade portal behind it (13,10) that went to a house in Willow Court. So I'd say it looks like it is an owned location/lair.
Also, there is a plot of land available for purchase right next door at 30,18

Okay this was screwing with a bunch of places. I believe it was to do with a fix I implemented to sort out a problem with the new stair creation script. But now this should be fixed, and stair creation should still work.
