Hacking Security not nullified! [u?]

Even after a software program has been run successfully to disable the security systems in a node the system will still raise the alert up to the next color level and act (as if such attempt had failed) even when the programs it worked upon were disabled and is no longer present.

Working fine for me now, what kind of hack was it?

I ran the daily hack again and it did not happen this time.

Could not tell you what that was about last go around.

I can't seem to replicate this...calling it a freak incident unless it happens to someone else.

If it does, just let us know! Provide screenshots if able as well, as that might help to narrow the issue down.
