[Forum] Jump to: menu missing from threads

This isn't a major thing, but I noticed the Jump to: drop-down menu is missing at the bottom of threads on the CoD Faction skin. I checked on a couple different browsers and it doesn't show on Firefox 57 (Quantum), IE 11 or Chrome 62. It shows on the Purple Goth skin and also on Blood. I tried with and without adblocking and that didn't change anything.

I think the CoD skin never had it? I could be wrong for sure though, I haven't used that skin in years. Do you recall if it was there before, did you use it? I know a lot of links aren't on both by design.

It was showing last week. I was using it then. Not sure why it would disappear here, when Blood has the same two skins for the forum and it works there?

Ah I must have edited some code by accident over here at some point.

I'm hoping to get all skins mobile friendly ASAP, so features like that should return then. If not, we'll add it in.
