Max Riemelt. He looks so much like Matthias Schoenaerts (Cedric's model) it seems too good to waste.

Cedric fled from Brussels after pissing off a crime lord and has had people try find him to kill him. He didn't leave a great impression. He left behind an ex wife and a daughter. Could be plenty of reasons why a cousin or nephew might come looking for him.
