Changes to the Paladin power Hunt Vampire

So I think there's been new changes to this power since the drop of the identity thing, which is great.

But, Gideon is getting names and locations of vampires he doesn't know/seen/interacted with (that's fine) but he's tracked them all down and the last few have been under level ten. They can't technically be hunted.

I'd like to have it, if it's possible and not too much of a pain to have it coded to have no new vampires under the level 10 radar to be included in this paladin power. It's a total waste of anima too, imo, so it's wasting anima and time to not be able to attack a target as intended. D:
