Changes to Vathia Clarity

So, I've been thinking vathia clarity ain't really got too much use anymore now days since the chapter.

Why not make it better?! Woo!

I think if someone is able to do the ritual in an area, they should be able to gain the ID's of people in that area.

Now some of you might be up in arms about it...HOWEVER.

We can gain id's in homes if we have a cam.
We can gain id's if we 'see' a fight or powers being used.
We can gain id's if we are fed from a bt.

Honestly, I don't see why we can't gain a ritual that is called vathia clarity-indicating you can 'see' people in a space they are in.
