Looking for vampire to sire human
Sirena has never enjoyed human life. It has always been a little too boring for her. So, to bide her time, she spends nights at bars and in dark allies, hoping to see something interesting. Hoping to find something new that might give her a little thrill. This might seem strange for humans, and it even seems strange to herself, but she presues her need for excitement.
(I'm looking for a vampire to sire my human. I don't really care much for romance rps, but I do want to see horror, gore and the true nature of vampires in this rp. I want a real vampire sire ;) )

Re: Looking for vampire to sire human
Blake may be right up your alley. He's a vampire of the shadow path so he inherently has a liking and a fair amount of power over shadows (as per the game powers) as well as having a plethora of other vampiric powers. Now that may all be fine and dandy and yeah Blake is powerful when it comes to the grid which is always a plus but what about the RP you may be asking?
First off, Blake is a member of a faction that believes that bloodshed to protect the vampire secret is perfectly okay. Combine this with his view that vampires are the apex predators and should do as they please when they please (with respect to hiding themselves form humans of course) and Blake can be quite the...cold and inhospitable individual. He doesn't 'baby' anyone and though he does have one childe that he is in the midst of 'training' and one childe that has simply abandoned him he is always on the look out for the next intelligent and skilled individual to give gift of immortality to.
I do warn you however, Blake has a roleplay curse known as inheritance of madness meaning that Blake has a few mental disorders (he's a known sociopathic egotist that suffers from extreme OCD and depersonalization disorder) that might wind up passed on to those he sires.
Unfortunately, Blake is not the type to frequent bars or dark alleys. He is, after all, a vampire of age (four years is still four years >.>) and is happy to call himself a power player. Normally he can be found either running his business out of Veil Tower or working with the young vampires out of Lumen Lyceum (The vampire Academy) or even still, stalking the streets with his adoptive bloodline looking for something or someone to maim or murder.
If any of this sounds interesting to you please feel free to drop me a PM here on the forum or you can contact me through yahoo messenger at: blake.umbrae@yahoo.com

Re: Looking for vampire to sire human
True nature of Vampires.. that is actually a hotly debated subject icly (as well as oocly) among the vampires themselves..
There are those vampires that (Doc calls vippies - vampire hippies) believe man and vampires should exist co-equally.. that humans should be told vampires exist.
Then there are those that believe Vampires are the apex predator.. (Doc is in this group) and humans are fodder for them. But even so, there is strength in numbers and humans out number vampires, so they keep to the masquerade.
Then there are those that just want to exist, without violence. Yes they drink blood.. but they don't kill humans for it.. they dislike violence.. and think they are just like humans.. but with an added quirk. They want to live under the radar.. but if the radar catches a vampire breaking the masquerade.. they do not think other vampires should punish them.
So when choosing a sire.. think what it is you the player want for you vampire character.
The closer the fit in styles.. the more fun you will have as you rp.
For instance, Doc is evil, but he really tries to portray himself as nothing more than a business man. He doesn't really confide everything to anyone. He is violent. You make an enemy of him.. and he will shoot you on sight. He has killed his own spawn. But Doc doesnt do drama.. if his spawns give him drama.. he just ignores them until the they grow the **** up.
Then my other character is Maddra. A very hands off sire. She doesn't seek her spawn out. She figures they are adults, they can call her if they need her. Maddra isn't evil.. per say, but she is a necromancer and obsessed with death. So killing to her is no big deal. Its common place for her now. The change to vampire from human has twisted her.
My advice, read some of the turning threads.. find a sire that you like the sound of.. pm them. and check out this thread: http://www.mooncalfstudios.com/pathofth ... 98&t=24803

I'll toss out an option or two too.
Ambrose Acheron: http://www.mooncalfstudios.com/pathofth ... se_Acheron
Bloodline: http://www.mooncalfstudios.com/pathofth ... le=Acheron
I've been wanting players who will participate in some sacrifice RP (Aztec blood rituals) if you are interested in that. My characters are not "shoot first" types of characters however. I prefer the RP method for conflict resolution.
The Unholy: A newly turned gangster, she is cursed with the Zemblanitous Parentage curse so half of those she bites will turn unless killed during the feed and dismembered. Since she has the True Random curse as well, she only does this about half the time. She is actively looking to create a vampiric gang and stake her claim to the streets of Harper Rock.
Bloodline: None. As she is the childe of a vampire thrall of a Blood Thief/Paladin she is not connected to any of the other Bloodlines in the game.
She is Masquerade neutral and concerned only with amassing power.

My advice? Start an open siring thread. See who joins. Pick who you want based on their replies, and go from there!
Less structured than pre-selecting a sire, but more potential for fun and healthy IC drama!

Yes! What Josh said, and then you pick by writing and collaboration styles. Some say they're rpers and don't really RP, some RP but rarely remember to check OOC planning.
Open siring threads are awesome to read. Good luck with your rp journey.

Daw! And look at our two! They're still on their little journey, even if it's about to get a bit rocky. *fist pumps* Bring on the character development!

For me, I find that seeing a character described versus seeing them played out differs, so it's always good to see the latter before you commit the time and effort.

Agreed!
Also see how they get on with any other childer they may have, how they've treated them may be a indication of how's they'll treat your charry. And it never hurts to get both sides to every story, imo. ;)
Starting a thread is imo the very best way, all my gals were 'promised' turning threads and NONE of them actually got one so that way, you're covered!

Best of luck! :)
