A Blue, College Rule Notebook

Post by Harvey (DELETED 7471) »

Inside the notebook are pages written with messy handwriting. It is almost unreadable.

Entry #1

Graduated high school a few months ago. About time too. The teachers there are such a pain. Parents are still mad that I didn't do any college-hunting before I graduated. Idiots, I don't want to go out of high school JUST to get in another miserable school. I remember hearing Matt saying his job at that fast food joint pays well. I'll make him hook me up.

Written on the same page are two more entries.

Entry #2

Matt didn't want me to work there, but I talked him up. Now I got a job. Never knew it'd be such a pain. Every customer I get are stupid. Order already! They think everything's about them. Yeah, sure you losers. I'm going to bed.

Entry #3

Matt's a jerk. I was there for a week, and now I'm fired. Thanks Matt for telling the manager I was "lazing around." Now my parents are mad at me. Say I'll be stuck living with them unless I go to college or find another job. I'll just find another job, I guess.

Entry #4

Read a bit of some vampire conspiracy website while I was job-hunting. People actually believe this stuff?? It's obviously made up just so the OP could be a special snowflake.
Vampires are just stupid teenage goth girl fiction. But, bats are pretty cool.
Underneath the entry is a poorly drawn bat with guts spilling out from its mouth.

Entry #5

I remember when I was a kid, I wanted to be a reowned hockey player. It was the only dream I had. Then high school came. I didn't make the hockey team. I don't know why, but that was the last straw for me. I thought achieving a life-long dream would be easy. Clearly, I was wrong. But it didn't matter, because I came to a revelation that nothing mattered in life. I used to ask myself when turning in papers for class, "what's the point? Why should I even try when we're all going to die anyways?"

Geez, I'm so nostalgic.

Oh yeah, I got a job at some cafe.
