Should there be new RP powers added available only to those who reach a mastery power?

RP Mastery Powers

Make some powers for RP that use RPP to buy that are Mastery level powers. Maybe make a requirement of X amount of preexisting powers in order to get them. Set the cost high 100k RPP but make them awesome enough to be worth it.
