Dear Nish,

I meant to write sooner, but I have had little luck finding places that have internet for cheap. I can't believe there are places in the world where you have to buy internet time still!

I met with a man here. His name is Mosi. My mother say that he would be my chief if we still lived there. He tells me I am on the cusp of a journey. There are only two endings or paths, to my journey. One path will take me to who I am meant to be, and the other will away from my true self. He seems wise. I do not know which path to take. But I am hoping I pick the right one.

Mosi tells me he thinks he knows what path I will end up on. He say because he only sees me at night, that I am drawn to the dark. Do you think this is true? Because we walk the night, and come alive at night that we are all destined to walk a path of darkness?

I am so sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I've been quite distant from everyone lately. I've been focusing on training. It feels lonely without you. The bed itself feels empty. Without you. I found your journal earlier. I wrote you something in it. I also saw what you wrote in mine. It brought a smile to my lips. I miss you Mari-Jane. Please don't think I never would. You are always on my mind. Even if I do not admit it.

Mosi seems nice. Though. Do you really believe there is simply two paths to journey down? You make your own future.

Do I think you are drawn to the dark? far from it. Your silly happy go luck attitude is far from dark. If anyone is dark it is me.

I couldn't do it. I came all this way determined to do what needed to be done by someone and I choked. I feel like such a failure. I was right there. So close. I could feel triumph brewing deep in my belly. Taste victory on my lips, but when I faced the demon that has been haunting me for years, all I could do was look away.

Mosi say he is wrong. He say that I am neither light nor dark. People like me are grey. We can be either, or. If we are light, it is only because there is an absence of darkness that surrounds us. If we are dark, that is because we have delved deep into a place where light cannot reach. Sometimes he confuses me.

I spent weeks here and failed on my own personal mission. Are you disappointed? I hope not. I will see soon. I am coming home in a few nights. My tickets have been arranged and I fly out on Saturday.
