Meaner Things & Monstrous

Would it be possible to have a field on the Character Sheet that shows when an in grid power like "meaner things" or "Monstrous" is active? So that if someone looks at our CS in grid, they would see the 'animal' or 'other thing' as being active.

If that is too difficult or too intensive and would slow the game too much; could we have a field on the character sheet, that when the power has been obtained; that opens and can be edited to show the meaner things form? either text or link to a photo? Possibly beside the power in the list of powers?
