Know Vampire Ritual

Marisa is sitting at around 130 IDs and she's getting the same name via Know Vampire that she already has even though there are something like 700+ vampires in the game according to the stats page.

So I have to ask....is this ritual giving names that the ritualist already has a bug or is it just a random name from the 700+ that are out there?

I believe it only gives names of active vampires, in order to give active viable targets.
