Like a normal Sensor Alarm, but it alerts you when a Wraith passes by. It doesn't tell you WHICH Wraith it is... just that someone is all up in your biz.
Justification: we already have devices that can detect Wraiths (e.g., Spirit Cage Traps). So, you pull whatever it is that triggers a Spirit Cage out of the device/runic whatever, and instead of triggering a trap, it sends a signal to your cellphone.
