Turn off siring options for inactive charries

As it says.

It canbe a bit crap for a RP'er to join the game and find that their sire doesn't play the game anymore or is away for an extended period of time or so on and so forth.

So, I don't know if it's already like this or not - but I was sure I'd seen inactive folks on the siring list before, what if when you slipped into inactivity or haven't posted on the forum for x amount of time - your siring settings are automatically turned off. Siring link included?
