Needle Exchange - Ongoing

It has come to our attention that some of the streets are being used by the poor unfortunates addicted to drugs. While we do all we can to help those we can, getting them into rehab facilities and offering them a roof and support, anything they need - but it isn't enough.

The other day, children were found by one concerned parent, playing with a used needle they'd found. They thought this was a wonderful toy, as it was the perfect prop to play doctors with.

Because of this, we at The Sanctuary have decided to set up a needle exchange program. For every used needle that is handed in, we will return you $5 or a clean needle - your choice. We're not here to judge, only offer help where we can. Please, if you choose to collect needles, ensure you know what you're doing. We will offer training on how to collect these should you wish. Your safety is our main concern!

We have received several used needles since we started this program. We have been very happy to provide to those in need and keep them safe in the process. I know that there are several more used needles that can and should be traded in to Solace Holdings Corporation. Please remember that each used needle turned into us for proper disposal, we will give you $5 or a new clean needle. This program helps keep dirty needles off the streets where children can find them and keep those that use needles from contracting unwanted diseases.

The response to this program has been pleasingly overwhelming. We continue to encourage all of those in need to come forward for help. Your safety and care is our top priority.
