Make Faeshards a Boss Drop

Since it's being discussed a lot ( http://www.mooncalfstudios.com/pathofth ... 04&t=20789 ), I thought I'd ask for a community opinion.

Should Faeshards be a Matriarch drop instead of being left on the floor of the top level.
