Randomize pub locations

I've been told that different groups are attacking characters around the time sunset hits after raids in the westwall pub. As in, they wait until raids are done and know people go to sleep oocly or aren't up yet and attack as soon as they are placed there. I feel like that's more of a game mechanic (and one that is being sort of abused?) and should be changed? So can we randomize the pub locations after the raids are won? If it's not too hard to code?
