'This violation has already been reported'

When I find evidence during a hack and choose to report + delete, I keep finding it again. Assuming it's a different violation, I choose report + delete, and usually get a 'this violation has already been reported' message.

It doesn't delete and I find it again. Case in point: Psyche killed multiple cops and I came across his violations multiple times, but it was always 'already reported' - not sure if it's a bug or not.

Can you make it so that choosing to report + delete evidence actually deletes that instance of it appearing in evidence hacks?
