UPDATE: Property Reselling

All properties you own can now be resold, including lairs, apartments, dwellings and houses.

Properties put up for sale are listed at the bottom of the real estate page. There is not currently a confirmation of purchase screen, so be careful when you're buying properties, and make sure you click on the one you want.

If you have a property you wish to sell, simply go to the location of that property and click on the "sell this property" button on the right side lair owner control panel.

Some things sellers will need to be aware of:
- If you bought the property for karma, you can only resell for karma.
- If you bought it with cash, you can only resell for cash.
- If you bought it before the system tracked what properties were bought with what, you can only sell it for karma.
- Co-owned buildings cannot be resold via this system. This includes any building in which one of the floors is co-owned.
- There is a fee for each property sale, which is deducted from the seller's profits on sale of the building. The fee is $10,000 for cash sales, and 10 karma is deducted for karma sales.
- You should read carefully before putting a property up for sale. If you have multiple floors or areas in the lair your are selling, then the system will sell all of these floors or areas along with the floor you're standing in.
- To sell an entire building (if you have multiple floors), you need to be standing on the main floor (usually the ground floor). If you are standing on another floor, it's possible you will only put this floor up for sale, so read the list of floors / areas before clicking okay.
