I feel alive again. I'd tell you that because I think you should know, but it'd just end up making things something they aren't. I guess I just want to thank you.

It's coming up again; Cali in a few nights time. Maybe it'll be a good thing. Don't know why I acted like that tonight, but I've got to clear some **** in my head it seems.

I really didn't mean anything about it. I was just trying to help. Not sure why, I don't think you need much help with anything you do. I'm not always the best at words. Funny, yeah? I can own a script, but stumble around like an idiot when trying to say whats on my mind or saying what needs to be said. I think it's the side effect of my emotions sometimes and being put on the spot.

Anyways, I know you'll see this because I don't even put this thing away and the only people that have a key to this place are you, me and another friend of mine. They never stop by anymore, so I'm pretty sure you'll be the only one seeing it, which is good.

I'll be seeing you when I get back. Keep what I said in the back of your mind, yeah?

So I decided to write some serious things in here tonight.

Lady is coming along nicely. Soon, she'll be open to the public. I wasn't sure how this business would go to be real honest, so I didn't take a risk at buying a new shop somewhere. Besides, it's a seasonal thing only. The other businesses are doing decent. I can't complain.

I don't really go to my old home. Don't see much reason to. Even Hannah avoids it. I should give her a key to Lady or one of the other places. I said I'd provide a roof over her head while she finishes up school, if she did secretarial things and she's kept her part of the bargain up. She's about to get a raise if she gets the chair I nominated her for. I'm not sure what that'll entail, but since she's keeping track of finances, only seems right to give her a pay raise.

Talking about chairs; it seems people like what I say in some places. I never noticed many listening to what I say, but it seems they are or have beenI have to catch up with Alex, seems she might have a head wound or something. At least judging from what she wrote on the Crownet.

Seems some of my creations died. They died some time back, but I never really knew much about them, so I'm not concerned about it. It's probably better off. Darian and Melody keep me busy as it is.

I'm going to Cali tomorrow. I was going alone, but I took a stab in the dark and got a good result. I'll have more to say about that when I get back.

Cali was good. It was great. Was nice to do a little bit of work, then have the nights open to enjoy myself.

I've embarked on a new voyage, if you will. I don't know what the hell I'm doing, but it's working out alright. I like it. A lot.

Remember when I said I feel alive again? I'm thinking of getting a tattoo to remind me of life and how important it is, even for people like me. Things that once mattered, don't and the things that didn't, do.

I'm not sure how this voyage is going to end, but I intend on riding it out for as long as possible.

Melody's got something up her sleeves. Not sure yet, but I feel it. That woman always keeps, me on my feet. I doubt I'll ever see the night I regret making her a vampire. She's a good creation.

Anyways, things are funny lately. In a good kind of way. Life is easier; at least it seems that way to me. No expectations, no demands, and no arguing over the stupid things. Everything is just falling in to place, whatever that place might be.

I know I said I'd stay away from blonds, two had been quite the handful, but it is what it is. I'm not worried about her ******* me over. I never got had that concern from when we first met about a year or so ago.

Rrminder: Find a way to pay Mal back tenfold. ******* sneaky shadows.

There's been a lot of strange things going on lately.
For one, some woman (thats a nice way of refering to her) has been coming around my place, or putting herself in to my life. First she stopped by my flat above the theatre a few weeks back in tears. It'd be fine if we were friends, but we're not. Well, I try and be nice anyways because she probably has flying monkeys at her disposal and other nasty tricks, but what the hell am I supposed to do about her problems? I've got my own, like moving out of my flat. Did she miss all thae boxes? I bet she was spying on me.

Then two nights ago a member if Tytonidae accidently shot me. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't considering who it was, but he sorted the accident out. I'm not sure how he mistaked me for a Paladin or footsoldier, but it's whatever. He just grazed my skin. But the thing left a nice scar on my upper thigh. I should invest in suits made out of chain mail or something.

And suddenly I'm agreeing to parties with the wicked witch of the west like we're friends. I should ask her about her hocus pocus tricks, like how she managed to do some ritual on me a month or so back.
Like I said, strange things going on.

There are some not so strange things too. I leave for Cali in about a week and I'm not going alone, again. I also extended the trip by two days, days that aren't work related.

Anyways, don't do that thing we talked about. The one thing I said I would do, if it was you. I'm asking you nicely, but I know you'll do what you'll do anyways. I'm just hoping I can sway you to reconsider. If not, go all out. Might as well, right?

On a not so serious note, ever go into work with a missing arm and leg? I'm sure that breaks some rule, but if people can unleash a can of supernatural whoop *** in banks in front of thirty or so people, who cares?

I've got to buy my girl a gift for being in the right place at the right time!
