I feel i'm slipping

I feel memories that were once solid have been eaten away, I am not myself. I have to concentrate for minor tasks and I feel my brother will overreact if I speak of this to him. He is so protective over me, as I am for him. But the question remains, what is going on? What is happening to me? I think its time I made a call.
