Tate had no opinion for any of the candidates; one was human which seemed like the best choice so far, another seemed to have ties to fae and the other... something about Bancroft’s explosive nature made her wonder what was going on. There were campaign fliers everywhere. Some on the ground, others on the side of buildings and she had even found a few for “Vote Spencer” in the graveyard as she left Judas’ crypt for her normal evening tasks of collecting ritual ingredients. She had stepped on it, leaving a muddy footprint right in the middle of the candidates face. That was generally her thought on the entire matter.

As she made her way towards the sewer entrance in Cherrydale, she wasn’t surprised to hear the familiar voice in her head. Trinity was there occasionally enough to not startle her any more. The only times Tate really cared was when she was doing a ritual and trying to find a translation or when she was playing Candy Crush. Concentration and that game was important, and the blonde had the habit of catching her right in the middle of a difficult level. It didn’t matter how long she’d been doing it, either, Trinity always managed to mess her up and startle her.

Removing her phone from her back pocket, she sent a text in response to her childe, I’ll be there in a little bit, give me a few and slid it back into place. With a sigh escaping past her lips, the tiny killer pulled her hair over one shoulder and rolled an elastic band away from her wrist before tying it into a simple ponytail so it would stay out of her way. It was lucky for her childe that she hadn’t activated monstrous or shifted into her meaner things form to go search for items in the wilderness and after glancing around that there were no humans in sight of her, Tate activated celerity and began to run.

In a blink of an eye, she appeared at Trinity’s side, looking as if she’d been there all along and folded her arms in front of her chest, the colorful designs of her tattoos against bare skin evident as ever against the black tank top she wore paired with denim shorts. “Doesn’t sound like a time bomb is really what Harper Rock needs, regardless of whatever efforts he’s pushing himself towards.” She piped up as her hazel-blue eyes lifted to study the others around them, “How will he be able to handle things if his efforts were to fall apart, anyway, if he’s beat someone after just a traffic incident.” Tate wasn’t much of a people person.

In fact, if Trinity hadn’t contacted her, she wouldn’t have come to the rally. Had she come out of the sewers and saw it, she would have turned around and walked away. “Or for example, say the infection spreads. Any info on what their back up plans are rather than to save the survivors – although now that I think about it, any idea about how they’re going to tell who is infected, who is a carrier and who is free of it completely?” Tate asked with a small smirk dancing across her lips.
