A really good friend from my master's program passed away, but every year Facebook tells me I should wish her a happy birthday.

Removed the silly "Headline" field, and "Description" should be optional now.

Fixed the "IGN" field.

Removed a bunch of fields asking for information that nobody gives a damn about, like Height, Weight, and Favorite Books.

What fields would actually be useful on here? Paths opened (is that even an IC thing)? Factions? Bloodline, probably?

Everything that is or was said on FB by Isa is directly IC. IC I figured she got bored and liked to play the games or explore.

Uhm. I have to apologize, everyone's photos have apparently gotten removed. This happened because I removed a "public" security setting that was letting unregistered users (i.e. humans) view profile info. This removal includes profile pictures. If you upload them again, there shouldn't be a problem going forward, I just didn't realize a simple change like that would have such a major effect. Sorry.

Okay. Security issues should be fixed - people should be able to see each other, photos/news/events should not be visible to non-members, people should be able to IM each other through the site. I updated the menu items to make them a little more user-friendly. I removed some fields that made it seem like a dating site and added some game-specific ones.

Stuff that would help me at this point is:

- Are there any other fields (e.g. Bloodline, Education, Interests) you'd like to see added to user profiles?
- Any bugs or things you should have access to that you don't?
- General suggestions, wishlist, "this should be here, not there"?

If there's none of the above, I guess I can start promoting this thing.

Edit: Just for discussion's sake, probably a whole different subject - what do people think about "implied nude" photos? Pictures where the subject is naked, but genitalia are covered by objects, shadows, or strategic cropping so that there's technically no nudity. It personally makes me cringe because I wouldn't want it coming up on the screen with other people around, but there seems to be a lot of it around here, so I'm assuming people are more okay with it than I am.
