Not true >.> Lex is written. He's just not written with Elliot. They don't have a whole lot, other than a fight and a brief sharing of blood going to bring them together and Lex is adamantly opposed to all things Pi, which makes things worse there, those two being all together and all.

I can't give you much more feedback than that, I'm afraid. I'm not an RP-reader to know how Elliot compares to your other characters in terms of personality, connection and writing style, just my view of why Lex doesn't have much to do with him.

It makes me wonder why that is. He's got a lot of childer; what made them inactive? Would this same thing (or things) make me not want to play the character actively?
Cytherea - I can't remember the last time Nikki was actually around and I know she stopped coming around a lot less often when she got a job (though she was sometimes hit and miss before that).

The Harper - A David character that was meant to be inactive after a certain point.

Reilly - Ry's never been RP-heavy the whole time I've played this game. He's kinda around but more-so grid wise and sometimes not even then.

Asteria - Runs her own forum RPG, also moved and got a job.

Lex - I see him written when Cash is in the mood.

Jia li - I always forget this player's name and for the sake of not getting it wrong, just not gonna attempt but she's been hit and miss for a long time too due to life.

Skylar - the one active one cuz well, Natasha lol <3

Asphodel - I didn't even know this one existed until just now but he's already in vaca and isn't attached to any other characters so have no clue.

So I'd suffice to say that it's really less about Elliot and Chloe and more about the people who are playing them.

Chloe needs writing partners who live on their computers *nods* /joking.....sorta >.>

I wasn't asking for a point by point breakdown/who's who/justification of Elliot's childer. I pointed out what would be a red flag for me in her pitch for new childer. As someone wanting to write a new character actively, 1 of 8 doesn't seem active, regardless of the reasons for that lack of activity. Activity begets activity, and the reverse is also true.

Well that's what you got :)

And as I was trying to point out, activity doesn't always beget activity and vice versa. This is a game and life happens. Chloe got the short end of the stick that life happened with most of Elliot's childer. Majority of those people were active when they were sired (as most of them were sired purposefully and not by random during creation). So people now reading this thread and debating whether or not to sire under Elliot will know it's not due to Chloe or Elliot that these childer aren't around.

Chloe is an amazing writer and is probably the most active person in this game writing wise.

Well, she should be actively writing as the rp moderator. But I disagree with that statement. I've seen a lot of people writing their 4 plus charries.

For me, it seems elliot is your least focused, so I would rather go to your others that are more actively written/pimped out doing things. Childer don't always make for good storylines. Enver and lorde hardly rp and he's lvl 21 in rp and sitting on like 160k in rpp. I think they've only done like 3 rps in about 3 yrs?

But Lorde loves Enver regardless.

Plots tend to get attention over childer requests in my experience.

Asking someone to make a childer under your character when they have limited slots available has also inadvertently become something of a trust issue. For example - Whitaker is under Peter because we're friends and I know I can plot with you. My first character is sired under my housemate's character. So on and so forth. I'm not saying that you're not trusted, but a lot of people aren't willing to break outside of their closed writing circles.

Which isn't your fault.

That's just a preconceived notion you have and you're stuck in your ways.

Elliot is changing, one day at a time. He's got issues, man.

<3 you too.

I know!

wasn't a ding at you (I hope you know that!). Honestly my charries write with very few of their childer, now that I think about it. they all do their own things, which is cool.

:D
