If you're part of a 4-person thread and two people have failed to post (in a row), free waiting the required 96 hours for their time to elapse, can those two participants subsequently be skipped until they rejoin the thread? Or do the other participants need to wait 96 hours between posts if they continue to not-reply.

Feel free to subsequently skip until they rejoin.

Same Old Song and Dance has met the requirements. Minimum 5 posts each and 20 total posts.

I know. I'll update the list with all the requirements when the competition has finished.

Are we supposed to post when a thread has reached the 20 mark and all those who qualify? Or not?
