Just had a human thrall instantly kill a cop for the 4th time...not sure if this is a bug

My thrall fought a cop. It shot him, then died.
On another note, my thrall has a wound on the character sheet from a cop.
Fought a second one, it died instantly. No combat at all.

Just had my thrall attack a cop...the thrall was hit with bullets but then the cop just fell over dead for some reason.
