Bug type: urgent forum problem

Bug details: Dex is lacking permissions for most of the forum. I cannot Search with this account, for Dex's posts or anyone else's. I cannot edit or update Dex's avatar or signature. There is no option to post in any board. The human board is not accessible at all. PM's are the only part that seems to work. Cobb's account can't even log in. "You have specified an incorrect username", which is odd since that username gets Cobb's account logged into the grid just fine.
