Possible Alts Listing Ridiculousness [b]

I have recently returned after being on-off for the past two years, and I noticed that when one looks at my possible alt list (which was very quick to be populated), the resulting list is bloody ridiculous...

I mean, even when accounting for accounts I have had in the past (as I have 14 or so slots paid for, in total) and deleted in 2018... There is no cause for 133 deleted accounts to be tied to my IP... The only applicable is Ace.
