Do you have 'Attempt to retaliate' or 'grab hold of allies being teleported ' or any of the others enabled?

These will all lower your chances of Offline tactics as well.

Same, and that's never been the case previously, otherwise it would be noted.

The only thing that give percentage to remove against is retaliation as if they were hitting Ephriam and Tierney, in addition to Sawyer. We've never had any issues with the offline tactics - ever, as we would still be notified even if we were missing in attacking - until they were disabled for the war. The problem isn't that they're lowering our chances, but the fact they aren't doing anything.

No swinging, no missing, no hitting.

It's not reading our tactics at all.

If it was his intel, I wouldn't be having the same trouble? Tierney's at 30.

A good solution to this would be to add the display text "Someone is attacked by So-and-so, they either hit or missed. In return , your character attempts to retaliate [ RUN CHECK] ]but is unsuccessful."

I've looked into this and I think it's going to be harder to figure out that I initially though, so I'll have to set aside an hour to do it soon, as it is quite important. Note to future self: I suspect it's got something to do with the PVP warzone events.
