I've looked into the alt partner thing but I don't see how it could be related. The cheat code is seperate from the double attack check. My only thought is that perhaps people are assuming that as long as you don't physically move out of the square you can't be attacked again, whereas this is false in the event that you hit them. Hitting a target, even without moving, opens you up to another attack.

In fact, setting a trap might too.

Actually I appear to be mistaken about attacking without moving. It shouldn't open you to another attack.

I can't replicate this.

I can only say that:

1. Levi didn't move
2. Levi didn't attack
3. Levi didn't set any traps

But was attacked multiple times by the same people (Luca & Caligrace).

I was trying to attack? But I kept getting the skirmish warning, that I couldn't hit them in the same 24 hours. Luca and Levi sat in the same square for a while as I was trying to figure it out. They were like the best of frenemies. :))

It also couldn’t be done over and over.

I would trade blows with people. Smack, get smacked, smack back, done. And sometimes, particularly in Levi’s case, without getting attacked back. Sometimes I would get the error, sometimes I wouldn’t. But it was never more than twice per visit, that I could actually tell?

And I was pretty much constantly dropping traps because I spent almost the entire fight stuck in cages, lmao. So I tried to maximize damage per visit to my little space in hell.

And yes. Levi and Luca did spend a minute hanging out. There for a while. xD

And I totally agree. It was a lot of fun. Totally worth the week off for the Mountie with an ego.

It wasn’t a constant thing for me, but I had actually mentioned it in the discord briefly when Callem was able to hit a Caligrace twice. He hit her, she never moved, tried to hit him back and couldn’t, and a minute later he hit her again. She still couldn’t hit him back.

With Levi, he was able to hit twice in a row without Caligrace moving - but she had set down a trap in between that. She was able to hit him back twice in a row during this time (but I don’t know if he moved, I’m figuring not, lol).

Those were the only cases for me. Everything else worked as it usually does.

The only thing Luca and I do that others maybe don’t is constantly refreshing the grid. Me with the arrow button at the bottom of the grid grid and him with F5. I mean, I don’t see how that could do anything but you never know.

And I agree, I loved it and I can’t wait to do it again!

I think, when everyone is back, we all go buy some vampire friendly beers and kick back. :D

I remember there was talk of double shots, but, I didn't experience anything because Sullivan got slammed by an energy draining trap immediately and stayed still until he got sent to A&E.

I'm not up on the scorecard of who is who anymore but I noticed a few of the participants were reunification charries? Could some vampires having started over at blood be a part of the issue possibly?

That means that it can't be a mobile thing or a refreshing thing. So that at least rules those out. It also can't be a text-based grid thing or to do with alts on the *attacker's* end at least. It also isn't to do with powers or guns (I was using a blade the whole time).

I wonder if the refresh button on the grid is counting as a move. I thought I tested that...

Unlikely, as my character was apparently one of the ones who was able to hit twice in a row.
