Lets see if ya'll can come up with some interesting ritual ideas!

Example.

Ritual of (something). Req Level. 18. Ingredients. Vampire Ashes, Valkyrie Ashes, (other ashes). What does it do? Cast it on yourself or someone else, and let them exchange an extra 50 rpp for free

Ritual of Healing
level 25
takes a pint of Paladin blood
one of Sorcerer blood
one rabbit's foot
one pig's foot
one chicken foot
& many rat tails (the circle fixer, lol)

Restores target (can be self) to full health but at a cost of all of the target's energy and anima.

Cast that on someone every hour and they'd never be able to level..or move lol

Pretty sure if someone did do that, the target would have reason to report griefing.

But make it so the target has to be in the square, that would make using it as an attack a lot more difficult.

I like the idea, it'd give ritualist more to do in combat, also puts them at risk of being taken out too lol.

Alternatively, it could reduce a fixed percentage of the enemy's energy or anima instead of the whole thing. Then, it'd tax those with high stamina and arcane stats more than it would those in lower ranges. Then again, if the target is standing at 0 anima and 0 energy, what would happen? Go into negatives?

Perhaps if they do that, it could also have a negative affect on the caster if done by someone else to prevent griefing?

Ritual of Laverna

Laverna was the Roman goddess of thieves, cheats and the underworld.

Level: 14

Ingredients: Lost Keys (2)
Silver Pen (2)
Gold Ring
Ritual Knife
Black feral blood

Description: Boost the Mechanics and Stealing skill by +2 for oneself or an allied target until day change.

Salience: Ritualists tend to rely on others when it comes to getting most necessary ingredients. By allowing ritualists to boost skills for burglary-stated characters they can form alliances. Increasing these two skills grants access to higher security buildings (stealing) and increased luck when disabling alarms in said buildings (mechanics). Mechanics statistic also relates to gadget and trap making, and thereby increases value of ritualists as supporting role within families and/or teams.

...and it'd give those silver pens a grid function.

Ritual to increase EXP for everyone belonging to the group a target is in, if the EXP is gained from teamwork.

Also same as the above, but for a stat boost or damage boost.

Preferably mid-level rituals.

Another mid-level ritual that improves a target's ability to find items from the global loot pool for a day OR improves the quality of items they get when they get something from the global loot pool

Hopefully to help inspire more group/faction hunting
