Don't be shy about asking for help here on the forum or in chats and the best advice I can give you is quoted below...

Welcome.

Don't be afraid to pop into chats to say hi and get help. Take the tutorial slow. Your energy refills when you complete a task so take advantage of that, if possible. Jump into RP - start a journal, join an open thread, come into chat and ask someone for live rp or whatever works for you.

& I always think it's a good idea if you're a writer to consider starting a journal, which is a solo roleplay thread, and think about what kind of backstory if any your vamp might have had before they were turned.

But Most Importantly, Have fun! :)

Welcome to the game! I definitely second the suggestion about starting a journal - that's a great idea when trying to decide where your characters stands and how they'll merge into the chaoticness that is Harper Rock. :]

hello all. i'm new here & wanted to pop in & say hello. i really enjoy what i've seen of the game so far & really appreciate the way its all laid out. i used to play Vampire: the Masquerade back in the day & am pleased to find an outlet for the role player in me. with that said i'm super casual & do it when i can as i am pretty busy irl. thanks for having me :)
