When Alex bought hers it was buggy like that as well, & it was back when they were first available. Unfortunately, the report was purged as we didn't have the bug graveyard yet for archiving. But it was resolved, I just don't recall how. >.< Sorry I can't be more helpful.

For the boat Stateroom in ChalkyShores Marina are not showing up, as in SOL trying to lay some tiles.

Chance purchased a boat and once I went into it, I am only able to gain control of the main level while the key icon remains unavailable on the 2nd level (Stateroom). My understanding is I should have control on both levels.

'CSM Boat 29' works just just fine with full control.

'CSM Stateroom 29 area' is the the full name of the stateroom with the problem.
