Hello.
I am a new member focused on non-combat activities (charisma & speechcraft). In my opinion and based on what I have noticed - there is not much to do for members like I so I decide to write some of my ideas to increase and create more possibilities of actions for that kind of members:
0. General idea: Dialog/talk system with NPCs. Based on this we can create:
1. Quests system works/missions from NPC based on city travelling.
1.1 Deliver - for example: NPC in location X.Y ask to deliver (letter, package etc.) to location Z.X for some $ and ofcourse EXP.
1.2 Alternative Deliver - NPC need item, for example black pants and your job is get this item for him for standard reward + money for item in shop. You can take his money if u already have this item in your inventory or cheat him by taking money and do not deliver thing, but your wanted and criminal level will increase.
1.3 Random map encounters - you can find and meet a lot of kind of situation, for example:
- Suicider; you can help NPC and persuade to keep his life, or let him die.
- Tourist; there is a tourist who's asking for random place (for example hotel). You can tell him (write location) where is his destination point and earn some exp.
There is a lot of ideas for this type of encounters, I have a lot and can write about some later. Now I want just to show some examples.
1.4 Time for some real adventure - Big and long quests/missions. I'll write just one example 'cause there's a large field of possibilities:
"Missing Person" - NPC tell you, that his friend/family member is missing. You need to start your own investigate. You are totally open and individual with that; you decide where to go, with who you need to talk, where looking for. Some NPC can help, other don't. Maybe missing person was murdered, or just run away with a lover? Who knows...
2. Casual gameplay activities.
2.1 Seduce - In bar, hotel lobby, street etc. you can find sexy woman/man who can be seduced (based on speechcraft). If seduce will successful we can:
- Rob him/her with lower security level.
- Feed yourself with lower caught risk.
- Have sex to increase Anima, 10 minutes stats bonus etc.
2.2 Intimidate - Alternative way to rob (more $)
2.3 Talker - You can talk with every random NPC about everything; telling jokes, interesting facts etc. but when you have higher charisma/speechcraft points you can get secret informations, for example:
- "Ok, I'll tell you... but you dont know it from me, ok? Right? In location X.Y you can loot item X and Y."
- "I heard that player XYZ have a lot of money in his bank account, you know?"
And a lot of this type of informations.
2.4 Negotiator - Lower prices in shops, 'cause you know how to negotiate it. Simple thing.

I have some ideas more too, also ideas for all type of players. I can and think I will write them later.
