Labyrinth B3 - No NPCs spawned [x]

I may be missing something here, but after a few turns about the floor, I haven't spotted a single NPC.

I'm not sure whether that's normal or not, but it's hard to get a key if there's nothing to kill.

They're past a couple of invisible walls at 8,20 and 9,20
