A few ideas/thoughts.
1. A new/custom menu for Quick Casting, to repurpose it for most frequently used powers.
2. A feature like Quick Casting but in addition to with a mini selection of a player's top ten fave powers.
3. A way to customize the powers page to either
A. Turn 'off' from showing certain areas/paths/powers
OR B. list them in the order most used/favourites or otherwise customizable.
