The lights flashed, circling the board before flashing once more between two messages the first being "SOLD!" the second message being "$195,000!"
Amaranthia smiled at Amalea, her brow furrowed a bit with concern but she nodded to her friend, knowing she had made it clear she was well aware of the risks. With a flourish Amaranthia signed her name at the bottom of the contract, in her own blood then asking for the woman's hand she let fall a droplet of blood to seal the contract. The ring dissolved, leaving behind only the tattooed image in a beautiful flourished design. It would reform and return to the ring (removable this time) once the contract was completed.
"Congratulations Every, treat her well. Please send me either the charity donation of 48750 or the full balance due, and I will disperse Amalea her portion."

Re: [165k]-x- AUCTION CARD: Amalea -x-
The red-head had been amazed at the back and forth of the bids. Some of the bidders she knew and some she didn't; not that that mattered. Meeting someone new was just as exciting as spending time with a friend. Each was special in its own way.
As the last minutes of the auction counted down, the blood-thief returned to her booth, smiling at those gathered around to see the show. Dispelling the decoy, she took a seat to wait to see whom her owner for three days would be.
At the call of the auction being closed, she gave the new mistress a small smile.
As Amara approached to seal the contract, she held out her hand, quietly waiting. She couldn't help but to very quietly gasp as her ring dissolved to form into a a very different pattern from all the others she had seen.
Amara, she reached out to the other woman's mind as not to worry the gathered crowd, Does this look right? As she posed the question, she silently brought up her other hand to show it bore the same marks.

Re: [SOLD 195k - Every]-x- AUCTION CARD: Amalea -x-
At first, Every began to send a text message to Locryn - a hesitated frown falling across her lips as she remembered that her thrall was no longer a thrall. Instead, she exchanged a smile with Amaranthia and Amalea both. "I will, thank you. To both exchanging the funds and taking care of her." Truthfully, Every didn't know what she was going to do with her 'pet.' Hurting her was out of the question, really.
"This is incredible." She said, the tattoo design on her finger interesting her. It never ceased to amaze her, really, magic. Every followed instructions without difficulty, her hair falling lightly over her shoulder as she eyed her friend curiously. Maybe a break? Relaxation? "Hrm." She wondered silently. This was more difficult than she thought.

Brow furrowed ever so slightly, one would miss it unless they were looking for that reaction specifically, as she watched the pattern grow to what appeared to be a slave bracelet over the woman's wrist and hand. "No...that's not what's supposed to be happening. I suppose it's based off of your own feelings of debt, and fulfilling the debt you acknowledge." It was her best theory, a weak one, but there really hadn't been any chance to experiment with the ritual. She'd had to rely on the bond and oath of the demifae who had given it to her.

Hazel eyes widened slightly at the allurist's theory. She knew it had to be a guess; this was the first night they had used the ritual. The pattern itself led credence that the conclusion reached was likely correct. Silently, she turned her wrist to find that the tattoo had wrapped itself around both wrist and finger like a more traditional slave bracelet.
"That makes sense," the red-head assured the woman, speaking just loud enough for Amara and Every to hear. It did make sense, probably more than it should. After all, hadn't Amara told her she was punishing herself not so long ago? Her voice was still low as she continued, "I don't mind it. It's beautiful, honestly; it almost looks like a pair of fingerless lace gloves at first glance. It was just a surprise."
"It is incredible," she quietly agreed with Every as she silently wondered what the woman had in store for her for their three day period.

Re: PD [SOLD 195k - Every]-x- AUCTION CARD: Amalea -x-
She listened to both women with a soft frown playing across her lips before she spoke quietly, "Even knowing what it is now, I wouldn't have wondered it in the first place. I'd think it'd have to do with the blood thief in you." She admitted, looking at the ring on her own finger. They were intricate designs. The lace of Amalea's reminded her of henna.
After a few moments of consideration, Every lifted her hands up to the collar that had been around her neck and unhooked it. Her freehand rubbed at the barespot, as she wasn't used to going without some sort of necklace, and then held it out to her pet for the next few days. "Might as well play the part?" She thought softly into Amalea's mind before she smiled, "For you."

Re: PD [SOLD 195k - Every]-x- AUCTION CARD: Amalea -x-
The hazel-eyed human was a bit surprised by Every's theory that her chosen path had potentially caused the change. She had to admit to herself that it was an interesting theory, particularly since not every demifae in the city liked her; there were at least a couple that enjoyed tormenting her at random times. Perhaps it was some weird combination of the three with heavy emphasis on her mental state being the driving force. It didn't matter. The design was beautiful so it wasn't exactly a hardship to endure. "It's possible," she admitted quietly.
She watched in silent interest as the shadow unhooked the collar from her own neck. The red-head had to wonder if she had purposely brought it along for this very occasion as it was offered to her. She couldn't help but blush lightly as she glanced between Amara and Every knowing that the allurist knew her secret. I don't mind at all, she quietly thought back to Every. A half-step forward brought her closer to her owner as she silently turned around, sweeping her hair out of the way as she did so, giving the shadow the access she needed to affix it into place. Quietly, she spoke,"Thank you, Mistress."
