Chat Color Toggle (not turning off) [B]

A couple people have come into chats lately and said that the color toggle seems to have stopped working.

Tested it out on another character of mine and can confirm that even when set to 'off', the colors still show in the chat. I even tried clearing out the cookies/cache for that browser and that didn't help.
