RP Battle; "Something went wrong. You are being transported"

Ariadne defeated Every in an RP battle and got a message with a "report to bug forum" attached, so I'm reporting it.

0h 0m ago: Every has been defeated!
0h 0m ago: The battle is over. Ariadne's team are the victors!
You creep up on your target and take aim. You fire, catching Every directly in the heart and knocking them to the floor!
FATAL STRIKE! Every collapses, dead, and disperses into ash.
Something went wrong. You are being transported back to the city of Harper Rock. Please report this issue on the bugs forum, explaining what you did to get this error.

Ari shot Every during an RP (grid) battle. It was a crit and Every was at 0.8 blood. Ari ended up on a totally black screen with those alerts.

Ari popped back out in Thornside Park when I refreshed.
