Skirmish Attack Counter [?]

Alright, so I was testing out my characters battle ability as well as faction working by attacking another faction...on my own.

It is currently going on.

I discovered I cannot attack one of them, whether with powers or skirmishes because he has already been attacked by five other people, or battle to the deaths because it's a scheduled battle. Does that mean that during faction battles, one side can basically become almost invincible just by having one of their members have been attacked by five different people already? Or is this a bug?

Can you please be more specific? Like how are you testing this? Skirmish on grid, gauntlet, territory battle or something else?

I pressed the little cross (skirmish button) didn't do anything, I went to press Battle to the death, said I can't do it during scheduled battles, I'm pretty sure my mastery power has yet to work on him, but if it did it might have only worked once as I don't remember it hitting him more then that.

What happened when you hit the skirmish icon exactly?

And no, I don't think BTTD is meant to work in tert battles, so that isn't a bug.

And it said "You cannot skirmish this character because he's been attacked by five others" (And then it eitehr said recently or today I think, "you'll have to wait 11: (something) hours"

Here's what came up when I did the skirmish button this time:
This target has been attacked by 5 other hitters recently. You must wait 11:59:55 before attacking again.

You've hit that character 5 times already with your mastery power.

Whether or not the 5 hit limit applies in a TB is something only a Dev can answer though.

I think there may be one or more bug here, but I could be wrong.

I don't know if the hitter cap should work in tert battles. Probably not? It's just a difference of one person for a full team anyway. But that's just my opinion.

Have the ones Charles Crafter has attacked moved at all?

I. E. Have they been moving between attacks?

If not, then the issue may be with Lightning Bolt, as it should count as an attack and not be usable on someone repeatedly unless they move or attack back.

it does sort of make winning almost impossible here.

Yes, from the first time I noticed that to when I tested it again he had moved a few spaces and it was the same response.

Yeah, that is probably a bug then. Go ahead and bug report it? David will need to confirm, as he's the one who designed the territory battle system, so he's the one who knows the specific ins and outs.

Be sure to include as much information as possible.

Also, taking on a faction solo is pretty ballsy XD I don't suspect Charles Crafter is going to be able to win in a 1v3(+?) fight with his levels/stats, but good on him for trying.
