Blood Thieves
Current base powers tend to focus on increasing the duration of a feed and increasing the number of powers that can be acquired. There is one base power that allows for easier feeding. My suggestions are meant to add a bit of variety to the Blood Thief.
I'm also really bad with names so didn't come up with any, sorry.
~ Allows the BT to sense what powers a vampire has before feeding on them. Could be like appraisal and show only powers. Could just show which paths the vampire has unlocked.
~ Allows the BT to track down a random vampire on their allies list. I know it's kind of close to another class' base power, but figured I'd toss it out as a starting point.
~ Allows the BT to feed without being spotted (Credit to Az for this one).
~ Gives the BT the nearest location (or direction) of a vampire of a particular path and the identity. Or just gives the ID without the location (Also credited to Az)

Re: Human Mastery Power Ideas
Alright! Thanks for the ideas everyone! Some really nice ones.
As some of you know, the first level of vampire mastery powers are done, so all I need to do now is add the first level of human mastery powers. So the three powers I'll probably be adding first for the humans are:
Paladin: A power similar to deadeye, which works for guns OR swords, and crits are a possibility.
Sorcerer: A lightning power which fires ranged, along either X or Y axis, to hit everyone in a line up to 12 squares away. Especially useful for live battles (particularly in Blood), or turn-based battles when an enemy is grouped together or there's a narrow passage.
Blood Thief: Steal powers from vampires by merely touching them, and the vampire isn't even alerted that you've touched them. Merely brushing past them on the street will do it.
What's everyone's thoughts on those powers?

Re: Human Mastery Power Ideas
Well since Azraeth already linked the thread with my ideas I guess I'll just add another I thought of:
Paladin:
Leaders Charisma: Increasers the willpower and strength of yourself and players on your team/allies/faction (Kind of figured it would only be one of those not all, or just have to choose which ones)
Final challenge: When at low blood increases willpower, strength, and dexterity during battle.
Sorcerer:
Precognition: Dexterity boost when used and higher chance to avoid critical wounds.
Blood thief:
Remote feeding: Feed on a target vampire from a distance (A vampire power like this either already exists or does in the role-play mastery power section of the wiki)

Re: Human Mastery Power Ideas
I'd like to see blood thieves be able to access vampire mastery powers as well, but would understand if they can't just because they aren't vampires.
Some other ideas (bad at names)
(Credit to someone in the back who mentioned this already, I'm just adding an rp aspect to it and maybe a little more detail)
Blood thieves:
Smell of blood: Blood thief can sense the path's of those nearby, the distance and strength of this may increase with the tracking ability. So the higher the tracking ability the further the distance and the more specific knowledge maybe? For instance, they may be able to only feed on vampires, but they can smell paladins or semi-deus.
