Random Event Overhaul!

Okay folks, so for one of my first Dev tasks, I'm in the process of updating the random events.

I've already gone through and weeded out the events related to vampiric secrecy, city alert and bounties since those aren't really part of the current canon anymore. I'm in the process of adding new entries, and have updated a few past ones to reflect changes to both canon and gameplay.

I'm going to continue working on them through tomorrow at least, and possibly the weekend.

Why is this a big deal? Well aside from the nifty exp payout, there are some events that will impact both notoriety and the relationship between humans and vampires. As a matter of fact, currently, the random events are going to be the only things on grid which influence the vampire-human relationship status. Mind you, the changes in that area will be small, because roleplay and chapters are still meant to be the primary means by which the relationship is modified.

If you notice any bugginess over the next few days, with random events, that may be why. I am testing as I go, but if I miss something, feel free to toss up a bug report, and I'll get to it quick as a whip.

Also, if there are any events you want added, or general concepts, feel free to toss them my way via PM! Events relating to roleplay curses, roleplay powers, the human-vampire relationship, or notoriety are especially loved.

I'll post here again when everything is all said and done.

And this is officially complete.

We now have 50 random events, around half of which are new.

The exp output for them has been increased from 100 for a success to 120 for a success, and from 25 from a failure to 30 for a failure.

In the future, should this feature prove to be popular, I will add more random events so that they don't get stale. If anyone has a particular scenario they would like added, let me know; as I can add it, if it fits canon, and is what David and I are looking for.
