Playing parts.

Vampires, humans, beasts, zombies, wraiths, the fae. We are but pieces in the grand scheme of things. Right and wrong constructs, evolutionary traits for humans to survive as a group without worrying that someone would kill them. Or at least, that's my opinion about it.

Maybe it's just so that I don't have to feel anger, or feel pain. Maybe it's so that I don't go after every one of those life destroying vampires who took from me all that was dear to me. Or every human for being foolish enough to let them live. I guess that's also why I took the in between route, a blood thief. Stealing powers from vampires, while still remaining human inside. Separated from everyone because I can't truly fit anywhere. Like a half cube and half sphere hybrid thing.


I'm just playing my part, the part of the in between. Slowing down the vampires, causing trouble for the vampires, while causing different troubles for the humans. And yet, I'm not the one who'd be seen as a villain in the end. Because I attack both sides, they think I'm either crazy, or chaotic. I suppose they're right in a way, I obey no laws or leaders, nor do I have much pattern to my actions.

Let them call me an anarchist then. I'm fine with that, but they must know something else as well. They must know that, in a way, I'm keeping order of the universe. And the order of the universe is merely to let things do what they do is it not? It does not intervene. The universe cannot be chaotic, it can only be perceived as such. That's why no one deserves praise nor punishment, they are merely playing their part in this. So that's what I'll do as well, when it pleases me.
