Traps/Gadget disappearing from inv. (b?)

Today's jobs included Poison traps, Bear traps, and Proximity mines.
Bjorn went in to complete the jobs -- he had all the requisite items.
After handing over the poison traps and proximity mines, suddenly two of his four bear traps went missing.

I checked the ammo due to this thread, but they're nowhere to be found.

No, his ammo is intact. All that happened was that the two latest gadgets he'd crafted (two bear traps) to complete the 4 count required for the job, disappeared while filling the other two jobs (proximity mines and poison traps). I have been trying to recreate the incident, but a stamina wound has kept me from going to get ingredients. I'll screencap the next attempts to catch it, if it happens again. As it stands, I lost two bear traps and have no idea where they went since they're nowhere else in my inventory.

This happened again today.

Went in with 3 bear traps, submitted 2 proximity mines, then only had two bear traps.
Poison traps weren't affected. Only bear traps, again.

I didn't get the before screenshot bc I'm dumb, but the after's are here.



So, I thought forget about it, move on
I went to craft 2 missing bear traps and 2 poison traps.



Turned in the bear traps, and now I can't seem to turn in the poison traps:

Crafted some other items (smoke bomb), and came back to test out:



Now, it worked?

I tested out some crafting and it all seemed to go okay. I checked out Bjorn's poison traps, and he only has one, so I'm assuming you used some or exchanged some.

Anyway, it appears there's maybe 2 different bugs on this thread. Let's concentrate on the initially reported one first, to do with items vanishing when you craft something. I'm debugging this now, so if anyone reads this, please don't do any of the current jobs just now.

Over the last 2-3 days, Megan has managed to complete various jobs, including sword job.

Today, this problem has cropped up again:

So a gold emerald pendant vanished after you traded in a jewel encrusted bracelet? Was it still missing if you reloaded the page?

This is a really strange bug. There's no reason it should be taking anything other than the items needed. I wonder if it's trying to submit all jobs at once.

It's the same bug as I came across in Turgen's post about jewellery crafting here. I keep losing items that I craft without any sign of getting them back, and they're never in the ammo section for me.
